1. Use and scope of application

This machine is suitable for loose rope dyeing and pretreatment of polyester, acrylic and other fiber fabrics, cotton and blended fabrics, Lyocell and other fiber fabrics under high temperature, high pressure or normal temperature and pressure conditions; it is also suitable for special style finishing of polyester, Lyocell, linen and other fabrics, as well as rainbow dyeing.

3. Main features

The staining cycle is short. Due to the small bath ratio, high heat exchange efficiency and high distribution speed, the time is shortened by one third compared with the liquid flow dyeing machine.

After testing, the dye can be saved by at least 5~15%, the auxiliary agent can be saved by more than 50%, the water consumption can be saved by 50%, the steam consumption can be saved by 40~50%, and the pollution discharge can be reduced by more than 50%.

Large capacity cloth, high production efficiency.

Wash well. Although the bath ratio is small, due to the continuous washing technology, the clean water is sprayed to the fabric through the spray system, and the sewage with residual dirt is directly discharged, so it has a very good washing effect, saves water and time, and the dyeing quality is reliable.

Air flow drives the fabric, there is air pressure penetration, cloth roller auxiliary guide cloth, there is a certain rolling effect, fabric dyeing more uniform permeability.

This machine has the function of automatic suction cloth passing through, so it is very convenient to wear cloth.

High temperature emissions. The cloth groove can be separated from the cloth liquid, and the high temperature discharge does not affect the operation of the fabric, which not only reduces the cooling time, but also discharges the oligomer produced by polyester at high temperature and improves the friction fastness of the fabric.

Fan, main circulating pump and cloth lifting roller are controlled by AC frequency conversion to adapt to different dyeing processes. Fan motor power is small, power consumption is small.

The dyeing process parameters can be modified and stored by a special computer of the dyeing machine, and the dyeing process is fully automated by PLC control.

A variety of combined nozzles, with air flow dyeing and liquid flow dyeing dual-purpose function.

By adopting the arranging device and the cloth storage groove with variable cross section and Teflon lining at the bottom, the fabric can be evenly and smoothly accumulated without knotting phenomenon, thus avoiding the phenomenon of fabric color or wrinkle caused by knotting and stopping.

It is suitable for a wide range of fabric varieties. It is not only suitable for fabric varieties and processes that can be achieved by traditional liquid jet dyeing machines, but also suitable for superfine fiber fabrics with specific surface area.
