1, Equipment use and scope of application

This machine is suitable for loose rope dyeing and pretreatment of cotton, polyester fabric, polyester cotton and other blended fabrics.

Fabric capacity: 1 tube type fabric capacity of 450 kg, 8 tube type fabric capacity can reach 3600 kg (both refer to 170~300g/m2medium thick fabric)

Bath ratio: 1:3 (polyester), 1:4.5 (pure cotton).

Maximum operating temperature: 134℃.

3. Main characteristics of equipment

The staining cycle is short. Due to the small bath ratio, heat exchange efficiency is high, and the heating speed is fast.

Wash well. It can be washed by overflow water or continuous water washing, so it has very good washing effect, energy saving and time saving.

Mix more evenly. Install dye liquor mixing pump to mix fuel more evenly in dye liquor.

Rotate the wash tub. The washing effect is good, the efficiency is high, and the water is saved.

Eliminate cloth-blocking knotting phenomenon. The fabric storage tank with variable cross section and Teflon lining at the bottom makes the fabric stack evenly and smoothly, the fabric does not appear knotting and rollover phenomenon in the tank, the fabric stack and extrusion force are uniform, and the fabric color or wrinkle phenomenon is avoided. Set up cloth-blocking alarm device, alarm timely when cloth-blocking knot, and reverse the cloth lifting roller timely.

It is very convenient to wear cloth. The cloth inlet is above the nozzle, so it is very convenient to wear cloth.

AC frequency conversion control is adopted for main circulation pump, cloth lifting roller and cloth setting roller to adapt to different dyeing processes.

The dyeing process parameters can be modified and stored by a special computer of the dyeing machine, and the dyeing process is fully automated by PLC control.
