Features

1. The combined machine can be operated jointly or in sections, and used as two single processes online.

2. This function stores and displays 30 process parameters such as speed and temperature.

3. The steamer tank is sealed, and the inlet and outlet are sealed, so that the fabric cannot contact cold air, but is washed at a high temperature close to the boiling point. There are partitions in the tank, water in a single tank cell countercurrent, before and after the tank can be cell by cell countercurrent, with high washing effect and save water, steam consumption characteristics.

The combined mill adopts vertical water rolling mill and vertical liquid rolling mill, which is characterized by the use of medium and high rubber rollers and stainless steel ordinary rollers, and the use of medium and solid rubber rollers and ordinary rubber rollers, so it can obtain more uniform and stable rolling rate. It has the characteristics of large expansion distance, long service life and simple maintenance.

5. The steam box body adopts modular design. The upper part of the box body is a preheating area, and the lower part is a double-layer stainless steel crawler steam area. A guide roller type arc-shaped fabric turnover mechanism and a cloth baffle plate are arranged between the upper layer and the lower layer of caterpillar tracks of the steam box, the distance between the cloth guide roller and the caterpillar tracks of the turnover mechanism is adjusted according to the change of the stacking height of the fabrics, and a handwheel adjusting mechanism is arranged outside the steam box to ensure that the fabrics can be smoothly transferred from the upper layer of caterpillar tracks to the lower layer of caterpillar tracks. There are active rollers in the cloth outlet area of the lower crawler belt, and the linear speed is consistent with that of the crawler belt, so as to ensure that the fabric runs in the set opposite area.

6. Each drying cylinder of the drying cylinder dryer enters steam separately, and the steam inlet adopts rotary joints. Each drying cylinder is discharged separately with a siphon pipe. Each drying cylinder drain pipe is equipped with a disc trap. The condensed water of each column drying cylinder is concentrated in a main drain pipe. Each column dryer is driven by a variable frequency motor through a reduction gear. Each two column drying cylinder room uses pendulum elastic frame and angular displacement sensor to achieve synchronization.
