The combination machine is suitable for dyeing, waterproof treatment and other functional finishing of nonwoven fabrics. It is the first domestic nonwovens pad dyeing equipment.

Features

1, far infrared drying machine radiation temperature is high, the fabric can remove most of the moisture in a short time, prevent the fabric from swimming phenomenon, reduce baking time. The machine is equipped with an automatic turnover mechanism. When parking, the heater is powered off and automatically overturned to prevent burning fabrics.

2, unique design of the three-roll mill, its upper and lower rubber rollers are middle support rollers, the mill has excellent rolling uniformity, is the first in China.

3. Baking machine adopts guide roller structure; each drying room consists of a hot air circulation system. The drying room of this machine has small volume and high heat utilization rate; the temperature of each drying room can be controlled independently.

4. The synchronization of the coiling device and the host machine is controlled by the hydraulic system. Both the take-up roller and the cloth pressing roller are main drives, thus realizing low tension take-up of the fabric.
